The Space:
Enjoy all the comforts of home at our newly built and decorated house with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile bathrooms, new furniture, and fresh new linens! The House is a 5-bedroom house, sleeping 12 with 4 full baths and an Outdoor Shower! The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room allows everyone to be together. The large bedrooms give everyone space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. In the backyard enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house has 2 parking spaces in the driveway.

The Perfect Retreat! is within walking distance to The Oceanfront Boardwalk/Beach, Restaurants, Va Beach Conference Center, The NEW Sports Complex, and just a short drive to First Landing State, Ft Story (and the Cape Story Lighthouse), Va Marine Science Museum, shopping, botanical garden, and fishing.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is limited to the driveway which can only accommodate two vehicles. The garage can have two mid size vehicles parked inside. Let us know if you need further parking accommodations, there is a public parking garage near by. You may be ticketed if you park on the street from the hours of 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
