The homes here are built with renowned Texas Sandstone on large lots, and the natural surroundings have been preserved without any light pollution, offering breathtaking vistas of the Texas Hill Country.

This neighborhood is ideal for walking or bicycling, and the friendly residents often greet each other as they pass by. You'll also have the opportunity to see families of deer roaming freely in their natural habitat.

My Relaxing Oasis—a cozy, peaceful hideaway nestled in one of the quietest corners of Texas Hill Country. Tucked into a safe, tree-lined neighborhood, the house is just a short drive from the charming San Marcos square, close to all the local favorites, and about 40 minutes from both Austin and San Antonio airports (just far enough to avoid the chaos, but close enough for a quick getaway).

Step inside and you’ll find a space that’s both stylish and welcoming, with a mix of modern comfort and a few classic touches—kind of like your favorite coffee shop, but with fewer laptops. The one-acre garden out back is peaceful and occasionally visited by curious deer who think they’re part of the landscaping crew.
