This is a one of a kind home on Gulf Breeze barrier Island 10 min from Pensacola Beach. The house has a park-like setting next to an empty lot full of tall, and mature trees which provides a real sense of privacy even though it is right in Villa Venice, a family neighborhood with houses, some of which have boat docks. You can sit on the patio and listen to the birds during the day, frog concert in the evening and owls at night. Farther in the backyard behind the fence there is a small pond. If you walk there, you will see turtles splashing in the water as they hear you coming. Woodpeckers live in one branch of a birch tree. The living room is huge and sunny with lots of windows so it feels like you are outside while you are reading a book or listening to music because when you look outside, you would see open green space, a park-like backyard. When you walk out on the patio, you will see a pool and garden with lots of flowers. There is a firepit and a picnic table to play games, eat dinner or just chill and talk with your friends or family.
There are outdoor cameras, and an E-lock for which you will have the code to for entry.
There are two smart TVs.
-The Samsung in the living room has a DVD player which is accessible by the AV source. It
has its own smart hub with applications such as YouTube and Netflix which has its own
button on the remote.
-The Roku in the front bedroom also boasts its own smart hub that has YouTube, Netflix, Paramount, and other services.
There are speakers in the living room which are connected to a Sony device in the console table. The Sony device has Bluetooth connectivity which is commonly used for music.
Pool: 18x38 ft, 23,000 gallons of water. It starts at 4 ft deep, but drops down to 8 ft very fast, so you can not sit and relax in it like in a hotel pool as this pool is bigger than pools in most hotels and if you fall off the float, there is 8 ft of water under you. There is a machine called Polaris that has to stay in the pool at all times. DO NOT DISCONNECT the hose or you would drain the pool and destroy the liner. Polaris booster pump is programmed to run between 9 and 11 am. YOU CAN NOT just turn on the POLARIS whenever you want to get rid of a few leaves or sand on the bottom of the pool as Polaris pump would burn if it was running at the time when the main pool pump is turned off. Main pool pump usually runs between 8 and 4 pm. Pool service company comes every Friday. There could be leaves or bugs in the pool if it is windy after they leave, but there are tools next to the pool, so you can fish the leaves out. If you prefer a pool with absolutely nothing in it, but lots of other people in it, there is Hilton that has daily pool service and limits entry.
No smoking inside or outside. No drugs, including medical marihuana.
