About this space
Retro beach house located steps from the beach. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. We are walking distance to popular restaurants and attractions in Cocoa Beach, such as the pier, Sandbar, and Ron Jons. Port Canaveral and downtown Cocoa beach are minutes away by car. Amazing views of rocket/shuttle launches in our own yard or on the beach.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed.
The space
*guests must be 25 years of age or older or must be with an adult of minimum 25 years of age and that person must be on the premises for the entire extent of the booking.
*At no time can guests be left to themselves if at least one guest is not 25.

No more than 4 individuals may be at the house at any given time. No guests of the booking guests may be on the property at any time during the

OUR HOME MAT NOT EVER BE USED AS A PLACE TO CONGREGATE OR GATHER WITH ANYONE THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY ON THE GUEST LIST AT ANY GIVEN TIME. THIS IS A STRICTLY ENFORCED RULE SO AS TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET AND TRANQUILITY.

There is a security camera on site at the front door.
Guest access
while staying you will have access to the entire property, except for the room to the right of the kitchen. laundry is located in the garage. The light switch is on the right side on the wall inside the garage. Certainly, feel free to enjoy the tropical yard. Please make sure gas is off on the gas grill when finished and that the grill is brushed. Also, it’s a good idea to keep the screen in the screened in area closed so that insects satay out of the area.
