Cozy top floor 1 bedroom condo only two blocks from Main Street. Quiet building features indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, heated parking garage, elevator, grills, ski lockers, bike racks and laundry. True ski-in/ski-out at Snowflake Lift! Awesome year-round location: hike/bike/snowshoe the Sawmill Reservoir Trail or hop on the Snowflake Chairlift, both of which are out the back door! Full size kitchen. Perfect space for a solo traveler, couple or small family.

> Directly next to the Snowflake bus stop where you can take the Free bus to Beaver Run, downtown or the base of the Gondola and continue on the Summit Stage (also free to ride) to Keystone, Copper or A Basin ski resorts

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.
» There is no air conditioning, most properties in the area do not have it.
