This is a boutique condominium with a full-service elevator, a spectacular rooftop with a heated lap pool, hot tub, loungers, umbrellas, a second-level entertainment area, and 360 degrees view of Banderas Bay, the city, and mountains.
The Studio is bright and airy, with custom-built furniture and high-end appliances. The bed area has a king-size bed, two nightstands with USB and one wireless charging station, and a large dresser that separates the bed area from the living room area.
The living room area has an extra long deep sofa, two lovely side chairs with a long porcelain coffee table and end tables. There is a 54-inch smart tv mounted on a fully articulating TV wall mount that enables you to watch tv from the comfort of the sofa or bed. There is also a built-in bar and lighted hutch fully stocked with a range of drink glasses and bar tools.
The fully complete kitchen boasts a stainless steel french door fridge with filtered water and ice maker, stainless steel dishwasher, gas oven, two burners gas cooktop, and a sleek mounted microwave oven.
The Studio also boasts stunning and thoughtfully placed ceiling and wall lighting. The large balcony boasts amazing ocean, mountain, and city views. It comes complete with a deep sectional sofa, two lounging chairs, a dining table with chairs, two articulating sun umbrellas, side tables, and potted plants.
Guest access
Guests have access to all common areas, including the rooftop and its amenities, and the garage if parking is used. Please be advised that visitors of the residents renting the condo are not permitted.
Other things to note
While most guests have not reported any issues, please note there is a machine shop located across the street. On rare occasions, some noise disturbances may occur during business hours.
***The condo offers a parking spot for an additional fee of $10 USD per day. Please note that this spot is shared between two condos and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to use the parking space.
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available.
NOTE: Please note that no visitors are allowed in the condo. All guests staying in the unit must complete and submit the registration form at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Smoking or Vaping are not permitted within the unit nor on the balcony nor in any of the common areas of the Condominium.
Children are not allowed.
