To make your stay even more special, the lower back deck features rocking chairs, captain chairs, and an outdoor grill so you can barbecue while listening to the waves in the background!

The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly from the main living area into the chic kitchen and dining space. The kitchen features lavish bead board details, a shiplap-style backsplash, sparkling granite countertops, and a generous peninsula with breakfast bar seating for up to 4 people. With plenty of countertop space for prepping food and entertaining guests, you can create culinary masterpieces or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in this sophisticated beachy kitchen. Heading down the hall, you'll find the first bedroom featuring two elegant queen-size beds and ample closet space. You'll also find the laundry area within this bathroom that has a full-size washing machine and dryer.

Two additional bedrooms are located up the stairs, on the top floor! The primary suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony outfitted with 2 Adirondack chairs. The vaulted ceiling extends into the last bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. These bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
