Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment.
Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $300- $500 for smoking, parties / unauthorized guests.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
