Stunning privately owned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at W Residences Fort Lauderdale; elegant master bedroom and second bedroom both with king-size beds, separate living room, flat-screen TV’s throughout the rooms, entertainment unit, sitting area, private balcony, gourmet kitchen (with refrigerator/freezer, designer granite, microwave, dishwasher, stainless-steel sink and garbage disposal), and two full bathrooms.

This apartment is a "RESIDENCE UNIT" which is located in the same complex with W Hotel Ft Lauderdale; however, is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with or by W Ft Lauderdale Hotel so some services such as room service, laundry and dry cleaning service, engineering, daily housekeeping are not available.

IMPORTANT : For the check in, W Hotel Residences requires that at least one of the guests MUST BE 21 or older to check-in.

$62.15 per day, included following amenities:

Valet parking, fee: $60 daily plus tax per vehicle

Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. As we need to get the residence ready for next guest, there will be a $100 fee late check-out after 10am for each hour. No check-outs are allowed after 12pm. No Smoking & No Parties. There would be additional $500 penalty in that case.

Access to all amenities including FIT gym, spa, world-class dining, and a relaxing pool over-looking the ocean and Wifi.

You will be provided with Beach Chair Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella), Enhanced high speed internet, access to Fitness Classes, Bike Rental, Two Water Bottles at the beach.

Overnight parking fee is $60 +tax. The location is at the heart of the Ft Lauderdale, close to everywhere. Uber and Lyft are commonly being used and have an easy access to the hotel.

For the check in, W Hotel Residences requires CREDIT CARD information for the incidentals. One of the guests MUST BE 21 or older to check-in.
