There are 6 bedrooms spread throughout Buddha Gem, each one designed to offer a quiet and luxurious retreat from the rest of the home.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and a Crib, a 42” Smart TV with Cable TV and Netflix, and a spacious walk-in closet, so unpack your suitcases and make yourself at home!

The second bedroom also has a King Bed and a 42” smart TV. There are plenty of outlets and to keep your devices charged.

Bedroom 3 has a King Bed. This room also has a 42” Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and a single bed. Binge-watch your favorite Netflix shows on the 42” Smart TV without ever leaving the bed.

Bedroom 5 and 6 both have Queen size beds.

All 3 bathrooms feature modern fixtures and finishes and hotel-quality towels. One of the bathrooms includes both a deep corner garden tub and a walk-in shower enclosed in glass. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors. The third bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a beautiful drape complementing the entire bathroom atmosphere.

The kitchen has drawers full of kitchen essentials and utensils that gives the designated chef(s) everything they need to work their magic. When you stay in this home, you’ll have it entirely to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, except for a few locked closets and the master balcony. There's no street parking but there's plenty of space to park in the driveway and garage.

You'll be given a unique code to access the front door and a guest book link full of all the information you will need.
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for you to use, and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials.

From here, you're just minutes from the local grocery store, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, shops, luxury spas, and the Vegas Strip.

We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight asap. There is a pet fee. Your dog must be approved and paid for prior to checkin. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.


Please be aware that we have vendors providing services to the home, and there may be occasions when they arrive during your stay.

* Smoke only in the back yard, DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE!
* Pets (dogs) are welcome. We charge a pet fee per dog per night, please ask me how much. We accept dogs over 1 yr old. Let me know asap (before check-in) if you have a pet. Unreported pets will be charged automatically and may be cause for Booking cancellation with no refund.
ATTENTION:
To help assure all local ordinances are followed as required by our business license in preventing unlawful parties, events and other disturbances, we highlight the rules: Parties, large gatherings (larger than our max allowed) and other disturbances will not be tolerated. Thank you for understanding. As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.
1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances, no parties are allowed at the property.
2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on and around the property at any time
3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4. NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
5. NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances, only limited number of vehicles are allowed.
6. NO Disturbances Around the Neighborhood This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund. For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and backyard covering the outside premises
