Windansea Beach is a close knit, quiet community that is only suitable for quieter groups.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Lovely super bright vintage bungalow two blocks from beach in a quiet residential neighborhood and just 5 minutes from the cove.Very well cared for and sparkling clean. Big outdoor space to enjoy the great SoCal weather. Would definitely stay again.

So comfortable! We were able to embrace La Jolla life for a few glorious days.You cannot ask for a better location - just steps to Windansea beach, plus a great quiet neighborhood with plenty of culinary choices. The apartment was so comfortable and so thoughtfully appointed. We walked the beach to the village everyday, and sleep at night came easily. I can hardly wait to stay here again!!

Thought of Everything!

This property on Playa del Norte was cozy, conveniently located and fully stocked. Enjoyed the front porch and having a grill. Whenever we thought 'wouldn't that t be nice if there was _____', we'd find it. Such as a laundry hamper, paper towels, salmon spice rub, curling iron, etc. Half block walk to a coffee shop, half block walk the other way to fabulous Windansea Beach.

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing unwind. Easy access to everything La Jolla has to offer and quick to all of San Diego’s hot spots. Well appointed and comfortable. Definitely our new go to when it’s just the family; 2 adults and 4 legged child.

Wedding weekend!

My husband and I stayed here immediately following our wedding in La Jolla 9/13. The property was amazing--close to the beach, awesome patio, gorgeous interior. It was just perfect for us newlyweds. La Jolla is a very special place for us and we hope to stay at this property every time we visit!

Wonderful place!

This property is fantastic! Perfect for two people! The house is very well stocked and comfortable! It is in walking distance to town and a very short stroll to the beach. The deck is amazing for reading or entertaining! We could’ve have had a better stay!

Perfect Location

We stayed at the Windansea Beach House for 4 nights while visiting our daughter and her husband, and we wish we had stayed longer! The house is very comfortable and well maintained and so close to the beach! Our mornings started with a walk along the beach and ended watching the sunset from the cliffs.

Loved It

Came to La Jolla with significant other and loved our stay in this home. It was perfect for the two of us and we loved the decor, cleanliness, and location. It’s about a 1/2 block from Windansea Beach and you can get a glimpse of the ocean from the front patio. We’d get coffee and walk down to the beach every morning. We also walked to dinner at a couple different places and made the 30 minute walk to Bird Rock through some beautiful neighborhoods. We will stay here again in the future. It was an awesome spot.

Amazing

We had a beautiful time. The location is perfect. So close to beautiful sunsets over the water. The area is not too crowded. There is plenty to do near by. If you want a clean, comfortable, fun place to stay this is it. It's simply everything you need.
