This newly renovated, mid-century, minimalistic designed home is equipped with 11 beds and accommodates up to 16 guests. All bedrooms have their own personal Roku TV.

Master Bedrooms 1 & 2 (Upstairs and Downstairs) each have a king-sized bed, firm mattresses, TVs, dressers, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom 3 - has a king-sized bed, TV, drawers, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - Avengers Themed - has 2 twin beds. LED lit Avengers decor. Open closet with TV and Avengers' costumes for the children to enjoy. Separate Bathroom.

Bedroom 5 - Princess Themed - has 2 twin beds. Open closet with TV and Princess dress up for the children to enjoy. Separate Bathroom.

Bedroom 6 - Mickey Themed - has a custom bunk bed, 2 twins over 2 full sized beds (doubles), TV, dresser and ensuite bathroom

Kitchen is equipped with a range/stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and large pantry. You will have access to a full set of pots and pans, and cooking utensils.

Living Room has a TV with premium cable.

Laundry Room has a washer and dryer, and access to an electric iron and ironing board.

Game Room - Star Wars Themed - Pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and arcade machine. Bluetooth wall mounted speakers and retro pub table and stools.

Office space - 2 comfortable arm chairs and adjustable desks, with high speed wifi internet.

Pool (Salt Water) and Spillover Spa -

Patio table and umbrella, 2 loungers and 2 chairs with a small table.
A pool professional comes every Thursday for maintenance visits.
***There is an overflow spa area which is built into the pool, and shares the same heating elements, circulation and filtration system as the rest of the pool. THIS IS A SPA, NOT A HOT TUB and will not reach hot tub temperatures. Heating must be purchased for spa to heat.***

***The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault. ***

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

STARTER SUPPLIES -
This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 2 x dishwashing capsules, 1 x trash bag.

PARKING -
You can park 2 cars outside the garage of the house. Parking is also available in the street. Please be mindful of any parking signs.

Please note that the garage of this house is not available, it has been transformed into a GAME ROOM.

*****Please note that there is a $20 GATE CARD FEE PER VEHICLE/CAR. This gate card allows you to use the fast lane on the right side of the entrance. The card will be good for the duration of your stay. *****
