➤ IMPORTANT: Only 2 Guests will be able to access the world acclaimed Pool deck. The Amenity QR codes will be given between 9.00am - 5.00pm in the management office after check-in. Please note if your reservation is for more than 3 people, only 2 people can use the amenities.

Getting Around:
Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation. The Brickell area has excellent public transportation options, including the Metromover and Metrorail, making it easy to get around the city. It is also an excellent walkable area.

Other Things to Note:
➤The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, the Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception), and the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. Keep in mind that you will find 2 key fobs inside the apt, which will provide you access to the elevator, and amenities. If you were to lose the key fobs, there is a replacement fee of $100/fob. Amenity QR codes are only provided by the building after check-in, and it will be only provided for 2 guests. Without the amenity cards you cannot use the amenities.

➤We would suggest using Uber & Lyft for affordable and reliable rides in the city.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C options but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 68 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

➤ Kindly be aware that the presence of the host is necessary for check-in. Please contact us regarding the availability of check-ins after 6:00 pm, as additional charges may apply.

* No Smoking (up to $250 fine)
* Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not checked out by 11:30 AM
* A full extra night's charge will apply if the guest stays past 12:15 PM
* Quiet enjoyment is essential. Please be mindful of noise levels. Disturbing the peace of other guests or neighbors is prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM on weekdays, and 10 PM - 10 AM on weekends.
* For reservations made outside of Airbnb, a security deposit ranging from $300 to $1,000 is required, along with a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization form.

The Climate
Miami offers a vibrant tropical climate, delivering a summery ambiance year-round. While you soak in the warm sunshine, be sure to protect yourself with sunscreen and stay hydrated, as the weather can be hot and humid. Miami’s rich ecosystem, filled with lush plants, lizards, and diverse wildlife, adds to its charm, though occasional tropical rainstorms are common. Rest assured, all our properties are regularly inspected and treated with monthly pest control to ensure a comfortable, pest-free stay.
