The Space:

Getting Around:
Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation. The Brickell area has excellent public transportation options, including the Metromover and Metrorail, making it easy to get around the city. It is also an excellent walkable area.

Other Things to Note:
➤The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, the Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception), and the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. Keep in mind that you will find 2 key fobs inside the apt, which will provide you access to the elevator, and amenities. If you were to lose the key fobs, there is a replacement fee of $100/fob.

Crossing the street there is a more economical garage: self-park.

➤We would suggest using Uber & Lyft for affordable and reliable rides in the city.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C options but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 67 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

➤ Kindly be aware that the presence of the host is necessary for check-in, and we can only accommodate check-ins between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. For check-ins between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm, a late check-in fee of $50 is applicable. Please contact us regarding the availability of check-ins after 10:00 pm, as additional charges may apply.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests can always reach us via call/text/Airbnb between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Guests will receive the stayplus contact number upon check in time.
