Romar House 201A is the perfect home away from home for a fantastic vacation experience. Located on the second floor, this beautifully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf and a comfortable, beach-inspired ambiance.

The living room, with upgraded décor, invites you to unwind after a day in the sun. With cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, it's a great spot to relax. The open-concept design connects the living space to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a bar area and dining seating for all your guests. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage make meal prep and entertaining easy.

The spacious main bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access with breathtaking Gulf views. The ensuite bathroom is well-appointed with a walk-in shower and elegant finishes. The first guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, ideal for additional guests. Both guest bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination.

For your convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring you can easily keep up with laundry during your stay.

Romar House welcomes guests year after year with its beautifully manicured landscaping, towering palm trees, and gated entrance. The property amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts, all adding to the appeal of this premium Gulf-front destination.

Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Any additional parking for extra vehicles must be arranged off-site.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
