Make our large comfortable brand new construction home, yours. This is a four bedroom, three bathroom reverse living open floor plan, providing spectacular views and allowing for maximum convenience and comfort. Our large eight person dining room table along with three chairs at the island allows for plenty of seating. There are two outdoor areas to sit and relax, either the deck off of the living room or the backyard. In the backyard you will find a fire pit and chairs, outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach and a 6 ft high privacy fence to make for a more relaxing experience. We have beach block access through the rear side fence and are only 8 houses from the beach and boardwalk. Linens, bikes and 6 beach badges are included!
