And those who prefer to stay land bound will love spending time enjoying the water view from the patio swing or a rocking chair on the deck. When it’s time to explore, several restaurants are within walking distance on Overseas Hwy., with grocery stores, a golf course, and public beach access at Sombrero Beach all just a few miles away.
At the home itself, you’ll find a bright, cheerful, one-level floor plan that’s designed for spending time together. Two sets of French doors onto the deck let in lots of natural light and the lovely water view. The open, updated kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a standalone island, perfect for a quick snack or meal prep space. Grab a bite together at the large dining table, then head out to explore.
After a day on the water, toss your catch on the gas grill for an easy family cookout. Cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry, then stream the latest release or use the free Wi-Fi to post the day’s pics. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
