If there is one fantastic thing about this retreat is the location. You are within a short walking or driving distance of convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and unbelievable attractions, including the Holocaust Museum, The Museum Of Fine Arts, Houston Zoo, Emancipation Park, The Menil Collection, Japanese Garden, Jones Hall For The Performing Arts, Buffalo Bayou Park, TDECU Stadium (home of the Houston Cougars), and so much more.

This spacious, multi-level home away from home has the main living space on the second floor, with ample windows and a beautiful open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living area and eat-in kitchen. The beautifully designed living area provides you with a fantastic spot to unwind and host movie nights with your family and friends - stream favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV with streaming services and curl up with your favorite blanket on the elegant sofa and chairs. When mealtime comes, the modern kitchen will have your back with its stainless steel appliances. The sparkling countertops and Keurig coffee maker are great additions.

The first floor of the home has one guest bedroom with a large smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The third level hosts a primary bedroom with a huge smart TV and a spacious en suite bath with double vanity, an elegant shower, a gorgeous soaking tub, and two walk-in closets. And last, but not least, the upper floor features an additional guest bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom, and a large balcony.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
