The base of Park City Mountain is only half a mile from your door at this two-story condo, a light-filled escape with a prime location in town. Enjoy gorgeous views of the mountains and the neighboring Park City Golf Course, as well as a swimming pool and a hot tub right on the grounds.

This condo enjoys a beautiful Park City setting - in winter, sip cocoa on your covered balcony with a view of snow-capped peaks; in summer, watch passing golfers navigate the adjacent fairways. When it's time for some outdoor recreation, head to the lifts at Park City Mountain (half a mile), Deer Valley Resort (four miles), or Canyons Village (four miles). You can even walk to Historic Main Street and the Sundance Film Festival, with all sorts of great restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and theaters just over a mile south.

One of the wonderful features of this condo is how bright it is, thanks to lofty ceilings and generous windows that frame the alpine landscape. After a day of skiing, hiking, or golfing, come home to toss your clothes in the washer/dryer, flip on the gas fireplace, and choose a movie to watch on cable, streaming, or DVD.

The bedrooms are perfectly separated for privacy, with one upstairs, one downstairs, and each paired with a full bathroom. Free WiFi is on hand for you as well.

Comfy Condo

Great location within walking distance to PC ski resort, market, and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus for wet ski gear. Property managers provided clear communication and a smooth check in.

Great Condo and location.

Had everything we needed for a 3 day stay, first time to Park City and this place was great for us. Would stay here again. Parking was easy and great, as well. Enjoyed being on the golf course, too. Great overall property.

Spring ski getaway

Close to slopes and bus stop, heated pool and hot tub in common area, plenty of space and comfortable beds. That's about all that is needed for ski getaway on short notice.

Good, but a few things to know...

We stayed for a 4 day snowboarding trip with a good friend and cousin. A few issues that stood out to know:- pull out bed was garbage and broke, cousin had to sleep on the couch. This was really unfortunate considering the nature of our trip - no amenities besides soap; no coffee, filters, spices, oil...although we had plenty of kitchenware, we didn't have the supporting goods. Coffee maker didn't work so we improvised pour over...- considering this is a ski destination, the place wasn't really set up for all the gear involved ..could use a better place to hang/store things, being mindful not to damage the house with wet snowing clothes. - you can certainly walk to the lifts but it is a solid 15min travel. The bus stop is close but timing makes it quicker to walk. Grocery store across the street was nice.- the toilet broke, and shower head should definitely be replaced with a efficient unit given the area's water shortages....Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend,

Good spot

Our stay in Park City was spent mostly outdoors. This was a great place to come home to, as it had everything we needed. A very short car ride away from town and the mountain, and right on the 18th fairway of Park City Golf Course. The kitchen was a little dated, but everything worked great, so no complaints at all. Cozy living room, and lots of natural light. 2 BR's, one separated by a hallway from the rest of the condo, and the second a large loft off the living room. It was a great fit for what we needed, and would definitely rent again in the same circumstances. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Condominium —But no AC

Nice place, but I was surprised not to find air conditioning! They did bring fans when contacted. Being from the east, I wasn’t aware that these million dollar properties did not have AC, which is a necessity with the climate change/global warming! I will definitely check the description closer when booking a vrbo in the summer.

It was okay, would not stay here again.

Pros: Great location, great pool, hot tub area. It is a very spacious unit, which was great. The kitchen was stocked well, no extras though. The beds were just okay. Great view of mountains and golf coarse. Very quiet location. Cons: Internet does not work in the master bedroom (downstairs). The tv is very lame, not a smart tv. The unit was so hot the first night I wanted to die. I wish the property managers would have turned on the fans and had the unit cooling down. The unit could really stand some updates, especially the broken lights in the kitchen. The curtains were all missing from their curtain rods, the west side would really benefit from having curtains of some type as it gets so hot in the afternoon there. There are very few windows that open so it was hard to get a cross wind through the condo. All and all it was okay, but I would not stay here again.

10 days in an older condo

We’ve been using VRBO for several years renting in Europe and state side an and have never experienced a disconnect between description and s as actual equipped unit. We stayed for 10 days in an older but nice condo. The location met our needs. Future renters need to know just a few things before deciding to rent this unit. 1. As advertised there is a beautiful view but there was no deck furniture to enjoy the views or weather 2. There were no window coverings in any of the common areas so as golfers walked by they could look into the condo 3.there were no kitchen linens (towels etc) 4. There was an ironing board but no iron 5. There were no screens on the patio door and without AC it was necessary to leave the door open 6. Most of the The electrical sockets had only one working plug 7. We contacted guest services (Vacasa) daily for for deck furniture and kitchen towels but only received lip service each of the other items we just lived with daily. With all of the properties available in Park City UT in the summer we would avoid all units with Vacasa as the management company
