Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their fist morning, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.
The Bohemian Belle is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot is just a few blocks away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before you explore downtown.
Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house.
Getting Around:
Get around town in any different way:
*With the great location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot.
*Drifters is our top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home.
*Pineapple Ride and Tour is right up the road and provides golf cart rides to anywhere in the city at $4/person.
*The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
