The Cabin has a large great room, spacious living areas, a wrap around deck, stunning scenery, and a hammock with an outdoor fire pit. Located 10 minutes away from a plethora of wineries, breweries, and hiking trails! We are 15 minutes from Middleburg, 20 mins from Harpers Ferry, 10 minutes from Purcellville and 30 mins from both Leesburg and Winchester.

The space
There are open living rooms in both the upstairs and downstairs. The house has full kitchens both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchens are perfect for hosting and have all the necessary supplies needed to prepare a meal! The upstairs dining table seats 8 while the downstairs seats 6.
The bedrooms are comfy & cozy! Be assured that you will have a wonderful nights rest!

Other things to note
House is located along the woods on a farm with cows and chickens. The house is accessible by rural road about 10 minutes drive to the town of Purcellville. The farm has cows and chickens along with wild animals and bugs, especially brown marmorated stink bugs in the early fall season. Again, there are bugs, pests and animals naturally in the country so expect to find them present on the property, too.
Internet, electricity and TV cannot be guaranteed in case of technical issues with the provider. Weather is not guaranteed, and please stay away from the creek during or following heavy rain to avoid flooding. The reservation must match number of people on the booking. No more than the maximum permitted twelve of guests at any time unless explicit permission from hosts. Guests are subject to additional large fees and charges and even removal from property if guests do not honor reservation agreement by exceeding total permitted number of guests. Pets are permitted and guests are subject to additional large fees and charges if they do not honor the reservation agreement by allowing pets to damage the property.


This rental is managed by Sycamore Creek Farm LLC. When booking this property, all guests must acknowledge that any and all disputes, settlements, etc.. will be made solely with Sycamore Creek Farm LLC or VRBO. No others may be involved in disputes or settlements for any reason.
