Pelican Watch #105 is a beautiful beachfront condo located a short distance from the much loved area of Times Square on Fort Myers Beach loved by many!

**We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the building of Pelican Watch and the experience will be different than if you stayed at Pelican Watch prior to Hurricane Ian. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful beachfront lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is spacious and makes for the perfect spot for families and friends with a max occupancy of 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
