Welcome to our beachfront apartment located at Hollywood. Formerly known as Lyfe Resort and Residences. just a few minute's drive from the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Amenities include restaurants, two infinity-edge ocean-view pools, sundeck, and private cabanas, a Fitness Center overlooking the ocean, full-service Spa. Resort fee $40 per day + TAX + Valet $38.38 (only credit card).

The Space:
Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment has it all:

• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King size bed and TV in the first bedroom;
• Queen bed and TV in the second bedroom;
• Two double beds and TV in the third bedroom;
• Couch and TV in the living room;
• Balcony with a breathtaking view;
• 3 bathrooms;
• Washer and dryer;
• Paid valet parking.

Guest Access:
Our guests get access to all the amenities offered by the resort:

• Rooftop pools;
• Gym;
• SPA;
• Beach chairs and umbrellas (paid extra at the Hotel $40 per night + TAX);
• On-site restaurant;
• Paid valet parking ($38.38)

The Neighborhood:
Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Lyfe Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs)

Getting Around:
Hallandele beach, Boxroom Escape Games,Gulfstream Park,Hollywood Beach,Wild Lime Adventures,Hollywood Parasail.

Other Things to Note:
At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.

There is a $40 per day + TAX resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs and has to be paid at the Hotel upon check-in. The building is conveniently located just steps away from the beach.

The Resort also charges a security deposit of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.

Paid valet parking is provided by the Hotel ($38.38, credit card only).
