LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a plush couch and a 55-inch smart TV for movies in, as well as some board games and blankets for a cozy game night. Mid-century modern decor has the space feeling warm and inviting.
KITCHEN:
Just off the living room, there's a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern stainless steel large appliances as well as multiple small appliances, and all the cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes, along with plenty of counter space. There’s also a separate spacious dining room with large windows that bathe the space in natural light, with seating for 6.
BEDROOMS:
The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private entrance via french doors onto the back patio. The second and third bedrooms both feature full beds and share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The sofa bed in the living room transforms into a queen-sized bed as well. All 3 bedrooms have smart TVs. All 3 bedrooms have blackout curtains over every window (not in photos).
We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash.
HOME OFFICE / EXERCISE ROOM:
Need to work? Make use of the bright and comfortable office (which also has some exercise equipment) or choose your favorite spot with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
BACKYARD:
Outside, you'll find a backyard oasis that's perfect for enjoying Florida's sunny weather. We have a seasonal pool and brand new deck inside a fenced in backyard, and there's a spacious patio with outdoor seating and plenty of space to play or relax. The dining table, chairs and bistro lights make for the perfect outdoor dining experience, and the deck has plenty of room for lounging in the sun.
Our home is located just minutes from all of St. Pete's top attractions, including world-class beaches, museums, parks, and restaurants. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or an action-packed adventure, our home is the perfect place to call home during your stay in St. Petersburg. Parking in driveway for two cars, free street parking available. Close to I-275. The entrance to the driveway is behind the house on the gravel road between 55th and 56th. If you have a large vehicle, it's easiest to enter from 12th street and back into the driveway.
EXTENDED STAY:
We welcome extended stays of 30 days or longer. We want to inform you about a few additional details regarding extended stays:
1. Minimum Monthly Clean: To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the property, we require a minimum monthly cleaning service to be performed. The cost of the cleaning service will be at the guest's expense.
2. Utility Expenses: While your extended stay covers the cost of electricity and water, please be aware that there is a combined cap of $400.00 per month for these expenses. If the total utility costs exceed the monthly cap, the additional amount will be the guest's responsibility (on average, utilities total around $300.00 per month)

PET FEE:
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to have you bring up to 2 pets. If you would like to bring more than the allowed limit, kindly contact us before your arrival. We are happy to review and consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Pet fee is $100 and applies regardless of the duration of your stay. This fee helps us ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, and is applied to pet specific cleaning services.
