NEW MANAGEMENT! We, the owners, have taken over management of our home. We are mostly on-site (in a separate apartment behind the garage) and are here to make sure your stay with us is wonderful!

Welcome to the Neighborhood! Our charming home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open layout. Our home is clean and well maintained and boasts a huge kitchen with an island and breakfast bar featuring a gas/convection stove, an updated bathroom and new second bathroom upstairs, large, level yard for games and privacy, & large covered deck for enjoyment in rain or shine!

The first floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, dining room, or living room. These three rooms are all open to each other so the entertainment flows naturally from one room to the next. The first floor also has one full bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed.

The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a desk, recliner, and king sized bed. The bedroom to the right is cozy with a queen bed.

Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area and an electric grill.

Our home has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

Sidewalks, trees and lovely homes provide a nice area for walking or biking. A local coffee shop is at the end of our street and groceries, Starbucks and shopping is all within walking distance.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY STRICT NO Smoking and NO Pet policy for our home. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Perfect location for Greater Louisville

This was the perfect location for our visit to Louisville due to the convenient location. The home was very clean and cozy and the mattress were extremely comfortable. The hosts were located on the property and even stopped-by to see if we needed anything. Excellent communication and hassle free check-in and check-out. We will be staying here again for our next visit to the Ville.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The property was great. There was space for each kid to have their own room, the neighborhood was nice and the host were great about communicating. The kitchen was stocled with what we needed and the location was close to all the things we wanted to do.

Charming two story

Lovely stay, great house for our group of five. Winter so we couldn’t enjoy the big backyard and deck, but we could all fit around the table for games and plenty of room in the living room for visiting. Lynn was very responsive to any questions.

Louisville in a storm!

This was a great property, and we would recommend it to anyone. The only (very small) hiccup was that the neighbor's car was parked in the driveway when we arrived, so we had to contact the homeowners. They were super responsive and took care of it right away. The neighbors were parked there (with permission) to free up space for a plumber. We had no trouble with anything else!The location was very convenient.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood, great location

Nice, quiet little home in an excellent location. Coffee, Kroger, and Walgreens all right down the street but feels like a neighborhood. About 15 minutes to all the fun downtown (Nutcracker, Louisville Slugger museum). Good communication with the owners who live in the apartment in the garage at the back of the property.

Golf trip getaway

So the 4 us long-term friends stayed here for long golf weekend getaway from STL. Everything was easy to navigate, and they were very easy to communicate with (the owner even gave us recommendations on local restaurants!). The place had everything you’d need, except (oddly) more than one roll of paper towels. Everything else was great.

Excellent Stay

Check in was simple and seamless. Owners sent code, and were available through text or call. The home was exactly as shown, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Excellent property…highly recommend!

We stayed at this house over Derby weekend with friends. Very clean and in a good, quiet neighborhood close to the expressway. The hosts made us feel so welcome and were great at communicating, even checking in on how we were doing during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Louisville

We were in Louisville to visit family but wanted to stay separately. This house was just what we needed. Spacious enough for our family of five, cozy and comfortable, and with a good location with easy freeway access. Check in could not have been easier and the host, Lynn, had prompt and clear communication. Hosts are in a different building on-site, but we only saw her in the driveway, where we spoke with her briefly once. Kitchen is well-equipped, including an extensive spice rack and a non-stick pan that actually has a good surface (not always true in a rental). No problems and I would be happy to bring my family here again.

Cozy and quiet!

We came in for a cheer competition at the Expo center. This house was exactly as described and perfect for the weekend! It was a 10 min drive to the expo center and airport. Host was very accommodating and sweet and even had a detailed binder of the technology in the house and pages of restaurants and things to do! Even checked in on us to see if we needed anything! Would definitely stay here again when in the area!
