Welcome to Sweet Dreams on 30A located in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! Our spacious and stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends!

The beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa are just a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart trip away. The home comes equipped with bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Ask us about our golf cart. Located in a quiet & peaceful community, you'll feel right at home in this beautiful & luxurious vacation home.

We are always only a text away and pride ourselves on our quick response time. We have individuals on call in the area for emergencies. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

This neighborhood is only a short walk or drive away from a few different famous 30A beaches! We are also located in a community that gives you access to a pool, hot tub and gym! We recommend having a car or renting the golf cart for ease of getting around!

The guests will have access to the entire house. They will receive a code prior to arrival for entry.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted with a bright and airy open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room features comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. With a coffee or espresso machine and an air fryer, you will feel right at home.

The master bedroom is a true oasis, with a king-size bed, a private balcony, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are all elegantly decorated and offer plenty of closet space and TV's. Each bed is equipped with a duvet cover that is cleaned and replaced after every single guest. Step outside onto the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding nature.

Our home has 2 beach access locations. The first is a private access that is only walkable and will take about 5-8 minutes to get too! This one is now next to a condo so it is considered private but you can still walk the trail down to the beach and you are allowed to use it. The second is only a short bike ride or golf cart trip away, about a half mile away! We recommend walking, biking or renting the golf cart to enjoy all that Santa Rosa Beach has to offer!

These locations are a short golf cart ride away. If you would like to rent our luxury, 6-seater, street-legal golf cart during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to share more information on how to rent it!! We highly recommend this option for convenience. The Blue Mountain and Grayton Beach area is very golf cart friendly.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the house. Smoking outside is permitted but all ashes must be put out in a safe container and litter must be picked up. See "House Rules" for more information. (Please keep from throwing the cigarette buds into the fire place)
