This is a two story home and contains stairs. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance and the grocery store is just a half mile north.
This unit requires 30 days per booking. Can be booked up to six months at one time.

This home has a maximum occupancy of four adults. If children are in the mix, please contact our team to see if your group size will fit this home.

This home does include a one car garage, the dimensions are: 6' 10" H x 8' 4" W x 17' 3" D. Please make sure your vehicle/s will fit within these dimensions.
The kitchen, right off the main living area, keeps the group together gathering and celebrating vacation mode! Enjoy classic San Diego indoor/outdoor living by opening both French doors to the private patio complete with a gas BBQ and dining table with sunshade. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils, combined with a large, marble island with plenty of room and seats for four. The seating area has a couch, love seat, large coffee table, and wall mounted flat screen TV. Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite is cool and relaxing with a King bed, large windows and French doors to the private balcony. The master bath has a beautiful tiled, extra-large shower with seat. The guest bedroom is warm and inviting with a Queen bed and private bathroom with tub and shower combo. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units so the temperature of each room can be individually controlled.

FROM THE AIRPORT
From Airport Terminal Rd take right onto N Harbor Drive, slight right onto Nimitz Blvd, Merge onto Sunset
Cliffs Blvd, continue onto Sea World Drive, merge onto W Mission Bay Dr. via ramp to Ingraham St, take W
Mission Bay Dr. turn right on Mission Blvd (at roller coaster).

FROM THE NORTH
From Interstate 5 South, take the Sea World Drive exit and turn right. After about 1.5 miles merge onto West
Mission Bay Drive and follow the signs for West Mission Bay Drive (you will loop over the street you were just
traveling on) and take West Mission Bay Drive to Mission Blvd. Right on Mission Blvd. (at the roller coaster)

FROM THE SOUTH
From Interstate 5 North, take the Interstate 8 West towards the beaches. Once on Interstate 8, exit on West
Mission Bay Drive. Make a right at the traffic light and follow the signs for West Mission Bay Drive (you will loop
over the street you were just traveling on)

FROM THE EAST
Take Interstate 8 West toward the beaches. After you cross over Interstate 5 follow the above direction “FROM THE SOUTH.”

FROM MISSION BLVD. TO UNIT
At the West Mission Bay Drive/Mission Blvd. intersection, turn Right on Mission Blvd. and continue North. Turn
Right into the alley past Venice Court. The home is the second one down on your right.
