Whether you want to relax on the Baja step, swim laps or just enjoy the refreshing feel of the waterfall over the bench, our pool will surely dazzle you! The maximum depth of the pool is 4.5 feet – NO DIVING!! Pool heating is available at an additional charge of $100/night + taxes. Please let us know at least 7 days in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heating.

Love the outdoors? The Phoenix Mountains Preserve are a short 7-minute walk away. Whether you prefer a short 20-minute hike or want to see as much of the valley as possible, the Preserves have a trail for you! Download the AllTrails App from the App Store or Play Store for all trails you can visit in the area.

As you enter our home, you will be welcomed into the Great Room with its vaulted ceilings and superb views of the lavish pool that awaits you! Our home was designed with a lot of love, care and devotion to every detail.
Watch a movie on our giant 82” 4K UHD TV complete with surround sound! Enjoy our hot tub or our games tables: ping-pong, air hockey and foosball.
Need space to get some work out of the way? Enjoy the glass table behind the dining table or for more privacy, use the desk in the office.

Water Usage:
Want to rinse off after your dip in the pool or hike on the Preserves? Our solar-water heating system combined with a tankless water heater ensures unlimited hot water!! So, you don’t need to worry about timing showers to avoid cold water. We are earth-conscious and have taken steps to protect the environment. Please help us avoid unnecessary use of water and electricity (including air conditioning). We thank you for helping us do your part so that we can leave the planet in better shape than we found it!


Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to the entire property, except the garage, during their stay. Nuestra casa es tu casa! We request that you refrain from removing or tampering with all mechanical equipment (including pool equipment) to ensure proper functionality and prevent any damage from occurring during your stay.
Rest assured, our keyless entry system allows for a smooth check-in regardless of whether it’s day or night!


Guest Services:
As our guests we want you to be comfortable and enjoy every minute of your stay! We are available to you as much or as little as you need us. If you have an urgent (emergency) request, please call us immediately. For non-urgent matters, please contact us via phone or email and we will respond to your request within one hour during our business hours from 7 am to 7 pm.
We request that you notify us of any issues that you have during your stay. If we don’t know of an issue, we cannot fix it. Our aim is to make your stay memorable.

This villa is located in Paradise Valley Village, a neighborhood in Phoenix. Phoenix Convention Center and Desert Ridge Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Orange Tree Golf Course and Arizona Biltmore Resort - Links Course. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Chase Field or Footprint Center. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, hiking, and mountain biking nearby.

Pets:
• We do not have any grass or other areas for pets to relieve themselves. With that in mind, we do not offer a pet friendly experience. Pet owners will want to search for another rental.
• Any additional cleaning will be subject to additional charges over the pet fee.
