- Living Room: Queen-size sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Additional Guests: A rollaway bed or crib is available upon request for an additional $60 per night or $200 + tax for stays of 5 nights or more (maximum of 5 guests).

Important Charges Not Included:
Mandatory Cleaning Fee: Paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.

Optional Housekeeping: $95 + tax (Optional)

Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Please inform us 24 hours in advance or notify the front desk during check-in.
Hotel Policy (Effective 1st October, 2024):
A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $250/day incidental deposit.
Check-In/Out:
Check-In Time: After 4:00 PM (subject to housekeeping turnover)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may be available depending on availability, but it is not guaranteed).
1.) $150 fee for late check-out of fewer than 2 hours.
2.) Check-outs past 2 hours of original check out time will have a fine in accordance with that of a full day's rate
3.) A full reimbursement for damages caused by cancellations of future guests due to the property not being ready on time.
There is a one-time compulsory fee of $16.52, plus tax that will be applied prior to check out.
Parking:
Daily Parking (up to 5 hours): $55 + tax
Overnight Parking: $75 + tax
Valet fee for oversize vehicles is $100 + tax
Truvi Verification & Late Check-Out Policy
We require all guests to complete the Truvi verification process. Truvi is a trusted guest-screening platform that verifies identities and provides additional protection throughout your stay.
As part of our policy, guests must choose between the following for damage coverage:
Damage Deposit: A 2% fee of the $500 deposit.
Damage Waiver: $35 per booking for $500 coverage.
Additionally, a $150 late check-out fee is pre-authorized in your credit card. If you check out on time, the pre-authorization will expire automatically within 7 days with no charges applied.
More than 2 hours late, you are responsible to pay that day's rate, with no discounts (Please note that this does not allow you as the guest the authority to stay an extra day only that this is a fee for staying 2 hours over check out.)
You as the guest are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check out.
Please Note: Our role is to manage your booking, but the hotel is responsible for all aspects of your stay, including housekeeping, check-in, and maintenance. Should you experience any issues during your stay, please contact the hotel directly for assistance.
Minimum Stay Requirements: Weekends may require a minimum stay of 3-4 nights. Holiday stays will have specific minimum night requirements.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for any reason, including sickness, weather, or travel delays, are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
*IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES**
1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking. Any unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night / per guest.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
6) PETS are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
