You'll have your choice of bay or Gulf views from this beautiful Baywatch condo. Along with the heated, on-site pool, this coastal community has two bayside beach areas, a fishing pier, and an outdoor grilling area. There's also a beach gear rental service conveniently located right by the entrance to the complex for renting kayaks and paddleboards. Gulfside beaches are just a short stroll across Fort Pickens Road, and you'll also be within easy reach of the local trolley servicing the beaches, shops, and restaurants throughout the area during the summer months. Four beach chairs are provided during your stay, and there is a convenient rinse-off station to wash away the sand upon your return.

The condo is bright and inviting, with updated furnishing and stylish, beach-themed decor setting the scene for laid-back living. An open-concept layout is designed to welcome family gatherings. The full kitchen is well-appointed for easy home cooking, and a dishwasher is equipped for quick cleanup. The front porch boasts incredible Gulf views, while the back patio enjoys scenic bay vistas. Smart TVs in the living area, bedrooms, and outdoor areas provide entertainment. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

***Please Note: Due to damages from a tornado that came through our area, repairs to the outside buildings, carports and stairwells started in August of 2024 and will be on-going through the New Year. The dates and time frames are below but it is all weather permitting.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
