As you step inside, you'll find a nicely decorated and open floor plan. The living room features comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa and chairs, and a TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats six and is perfect for family dinners or game nights. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and granite countertops, making it easy for you to prepare your favorite meals. A guest bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle and a full bathroom completes the ground floor.
The ground floor also features a private year-round front patio with lounge seating, a fire pit, and an umbrella-shaded outdoor picnic table - perfect for grilling and sharing meals with family and friends.
Upstairs, you'll find two large king bedrooms with comfortable beds, quality linens, and a convenient hall bathroom. Both bedrooms share a spacious balcony with white-water ocean views, providing breathtaking sunsets.
