Welcome friends of all ages! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Minutes from Disney, Universal & other theme parks. Our 3 bd, 2 ba, 2nd story condo is located near stores, restaurants & near the freeway. Guests will fine plenty of kitchen amenities, a washer/ dryer & some baby items( high chair, playpen). Our complex features a fitness center, tennis court, swimming pool, and free self parking. Your family will love this peaceful condo after a day of excitement at the parks!

The house offers you a well-stocked kitchen with: a toaster, coffee maker, blender, popcorn maker, electric tea kettle, plates, cups and mugs!

It is very spacious and comfortable with an open floor plan.

*** Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit, as well as the removal or cover of the smoke detector. A fine of $250 will be charged if this is detected within the walls of the unit.

*** Please be advised that I cannot accommodate any service or emotional support animal in the unit due to high allergic reaction to dogs and cats.
*** Due to insurance and compliance purposes, only the number of guests stated in the reservation will be permitted in the house. No visitors can stay in the unit. Any violation on this rule may result in a cancellation with no refund.
**** Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.***Must be 21 or over to book and must be present during the entire reservation.

- Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am.
-No eating or drinking on the sofas.
-Use the colorful towels for the pool only.

- Take garbage to the dumpster across the parking lot to the left every night.
-Surveillance and recording camera on doorbell. Please be advised any kind of tampering with any security system/ feature ( doorbell camera, WI-FI, door lock, etc) in the house will incurred a $500 penalty fee.
- For stays of 20 days an extra cleaning is required at the 10th day at the guest’s expense.
-Upon check out, please leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and press start.
