Dunes of Seagrove ist eine Luxuswohnung am Scenic Hwy 30A am wunderschönen Seagrove Beach. Wenn Sie mit dem Scenic Hwy 30A vertraut sind, wissen Sie, dass es einen Schritt weiter ist als mit dem überfüllten Destin und dem Panama City Beach.

Die Wohnung wurde 2014 und 2019 professionell renoviert. Dies beinhaltete neue Designermöbel (Drexel Heritage und Pottery Barn). Im Jahr 2019 haben wir neue Teppiche, frische Farben und neue Beleuchtung hinzugefügt und die Küche umgebaut.

Die Bilder werden vielleicht einer der schönsten Eigentumswohnungen mit zwei Schlafzimmern auf 30A nicht gerecht. Wir möchten, dass Sie den besten Urlaub haben, den Sie jemals zu einem vernünftigen Preis hatten. Deshalb bieten wir unsere Wohnung zu sehr wettbewerbsfähigen, ermäßigten Preisen an. Sie erhalten eine Wohnung auf Platin-Niveau zu einem Preis auf Bronze-Niveau. Da wir das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis am Strand bieten, haben wir von Januar bis Oktober (100% Ende Mai bis August) kontinuierlich eine Auslastung von 90% erlebt. Great Time / Great Stay

Beautiful stay

My sister and I stayed at Ken's place last week for our annual beach trip. Ken's condo is a wonderful place to stay. So many necessities were provided which made it such a comfortable stay. Fall Break!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. My sister & I (and a friend) stayed last spring. This time my sister & I took our parents. Like before, we enjoyed this condo very much. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool area is very nice and such an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the spacious patio at the condo as well. We had plenty of towels and other amenities inside the condo, too. Beds are very comfy and just the right amount of space for our group. I would highly recommend staying wat Ken's property. He makes the whole process very easy and is very nice to work with. Would love to visit again one day.

A very nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this unit very much. The king bed was very comfortable along with other furniture in the condo. Much needed getaway!

This unit was nicely decorated and well equipped. I wasn't expecting a single serve coffee maker (per photos), but was pleasantly surprised to have one available. I was contacted by the home owner ahead of check-in time and notified that early check in was available, if I was already in town. The owner was very responsive to any/all questions I had before and during my stay. My family has been coming to Dunes of Seagrove for approximately 20 years and this is the best unit we have stayed in so far! We WILL be back!

Platinum Plus Condo

Our stay in Ken’s condo was wonderful, it felt like home away from home. It is well equipped, and very welcoming and comfortable. We really enjoyed the lanai as well, it gets sun or shade all day long and has a great view. We had some cool, windy, days so the lanai warmed and protected us so we could still enjoy the outdoors. The location is fabulous, it’s a private beach enclave but yet so handy to 30A and all its fabulousness! Ken was a wonderful, caring, host. If we had any questions he was there for us with an immediate response. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Vacation

We've stayed in several units at Dunes of Seagrove, and keep coming back. We just love it! I wasn't sure we would make it this Fourth due to budget concerns, but this one proved to be an excellent value. Adequate space, covered parking, and the fabulous Seagrove beach, which even in the peak of summer is not nearly as crowded as much of 30A. The C building is not as close to the beach, but it's just a short walk thru the pool or under the shady garage. It worked well for our family of five given the extra sleeping options via sofa beds. Ken was a great host, a solid communicator before, during and after our stay. We had a little issue and it was taken care of within minutes. Five stars!

I had been visiting Destin for years and always wanted to buy a condo there. However; in 2010, I began going to Seagrove Beach and I knew instantly that this is where I really wanted to be. I love everything about Seagrove Beach. One day I would love to live here full-time. That's why I chose the Dunes of Seagrove. My children and grandkids think this is the greatest place on earth. I agree and we think you will too once you've stayed here.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Location is everything. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, we not only looked at the building and property, we observed the guests and talked to them.
Dunes of Seagrove is a quality, relatively new (2002) condo in a great neighborhood. Seagrove Beach is about half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. If you're familiar with 30a you know this is the nicest area of northwest Florida. Seagrove Beach is a little quieter than Destin and a lot less crowded. Everybody bikes here. Biking is a great way to see the area (and people). We love the biking and hiking as much as walking on the pristine beach. Well, almost. Great restaurants and shopping are all around and it's only 20 minutes to Pier Park and 25 minutes to the Destin outlet mall. The new Northwest Florida Beach International Airport is only 35 minutes away.

Every morning we sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf. Everyone loves the beach and pool and they are only steps away, but Seagrove Beach offers so much more. We love the biking, nature walks, and kayaking almost as much as the pristine beach. Deer Lake Park is adjacent to the condo. In the afternoon we love to watch the sunset over the beach from our balcony. Another plus is that our condo faces south toward the gulf. Therefore, you can watch the sunset from the balcony without the early morning or late afternoon sun glaring directly into your condo.
