Suchen Sie das perfekte Skihaus für einen Familienurlaub? Dieses beeindruckende Haus wurde 2009 für Skifahrer und Schneemobile gebaut. Das Hotel liegt auf 25 Hektar in den sanften Hügeln des Berges. Holly, es gibt Aktivitäten für alle. Schnallen Sie sich die Langlaufski an, drehen Sie das Schneemobil hoch oder entspannen Sie einfach in der Sauna und im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse.
Der Große Raum hat eine Kathedrale Decke und einen Steinkamin, der mit Wärme dominiert. Setzen Sie sich in die Ecke und beenden Sie das Puzzle, sammeln Sie sich vor dem Feuer oder lehnen Sie sich einfach zurück und genießen Sie einen Film auf dem riesigen Flachbildfernseher. Die großen Fenster bieten einen spektakulären Blick auf den Salt Ash Berg und die fernen Berge. Dieses geräumige Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern ist sehr offen und verfügt über eine exquisite Küche, 4 Badezimmer, eine Essbar, einen Essbereich und ein riesiges Spielezimmer!
Die Master-BR verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine eigene ebenerdige Dusche aus Stein. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen alle über Queensize-Betten und eine weitere begehbare Dusche aus Stein. Sie teilen auch einen privaten Gemeinschaftsbereich mit einem eigenen Großbildfernseher mit Video- und Spielezubehör. Das fünfte Schlafzimmer in der unteren Etage ist mit 2 Etagenbetten (d. H. 4 Etagenbetten) ausgestattet und verfügt auch über ein eigenes Bad. (Eine aufblasbare Queen-Size-Matratze und ein einzelnes Klappbett sind ebenfalls vor Ort). Auch in der unteren Etage befindet sich unser Spielzimmer mit: Pool, Tischtennis, Dart, Basketball, Fußball und IPOD-Player und TV.
Unser Haus ist mit Kabel-TV mit allen Pay-Kanälen und WLAN im gesamten Haus ausgestattet! Das Haus hat auch eine schöne Zedersauna in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Whirlpool im Freien!

Mountain Getaway

Our group had such a wonderful time in the this stunning mountain retreat! Summit house paradise

If you are looking for the perfect property for your family, look no further, this is the place ! From the most comfortable beds, a cooks kitchen, lots of room to gather, hot tub and a game room to boot, this home has everything! The owner has great communication and really cares about his guests, nothing was overlooked. Highly recommend !!!!!!!

A vacation in itself

This house just oozes relaxation. We spent 48 hours soaking up every nook and cranny… from big meals together at the dining table to cozy chats in front of the fire place to lovely long hot tub sessions to rousing games in the game room to long, luxurious sleeps in the comfortable beds… it was everything this group of Moms needed after two long years of waiting!

Annual Fun ski weekend getaway (3 Families!)

Three families stayed comfortably at this fabulous house! Our kids loved the game room downstairs and enjoyed playing foosball, ping pong and darts. The hot tub and sauna were a hit each night after returning from a long day on the slopes. Loved the robes, very nice touch! Tom, (host) was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions about how to operate the sauna or hot tub. Fire pit was amazing to make smores and there were plenty of logs to use. We hope to return again very soon. The house is simply amazing!

Great family vacation home!

Great family vacation home that you never have to leave to experience a great time!!! We loved everything about this home! There was plenty of room for the 12 of us! The game room was outrageous! The firepit outside was perfect for roasting marshmallows, making s’mores and just sitting around having adult time while the kids were sledding 10 feet away! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room with a beautiful fireplace was exquisite! We happened to be sun worshippers and love the warm weather but this winter wonderland was just perfect!! Didu mention the hot tub and sauna wasn’t too bad either!!! Perfect!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time at this fabulous ski house. It's the perfect place to relax with family. The house looks just like the pictures if not better. My kids LOVED the game room especially the pool table, the hot tub is great after a day on the mountain, and the living room with its big fireplace is the perfect place to gather at the end of the day for smores and games. Our hosts were wonderfully responsive to questions. We look forward to returning!!

A Great Family House

We rented the house for a ski week with our children and their families and we couldn't have had a better time! The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect for a family get together! A great home to stay in, even in the summertime.

A group of friends (8 adults, 7 children) all decided a 3 night weekend getaway to this home would be a perfect way to spend some time together during the end of July. Being off peak, Mt. Holly was not crowded. This house is beautiful. It's expansive with so many places to congregate. The ceilings are high and you feel as if you're in a hotel. The basement was great for the kids and the adults who were kids at heart playing the assorted games. Nick was more then helpful and always wanted to make sure we were happy throughout conversations prior to check in. There were only two very minor notes to add as potential future improvements to this amazing property. We knew going into a July stay at a house with no AC could be tough, and it did not impeded or hamper our stay but some of the nights were warm. There are plenty of fans in the house which curb the heat to some degree. Also recommended would be an additional basement refrigerator for food overflow. With such a large party if we bought groceries for more than 3 days we likely wouldn't have been able to fit it all. These are only minor notes and should not sway anyone from staying at this property. The house features master craftsmanship and was really a joy to stay in.

Late Fall Weekend

We were all in agreement that this house was absolutely perfect! There were eight adult family members and we have rented many vacation homes for our Fall Trip over the years and this one is rated "Tops" for us. It was so inviting, comfortable, lovely décor and a spectacular kitchen for all the cooks in the family! Not to mention that amazing fireplace with snow falling outside - a perfect place for us all to relax, enjoy and unwind for 3 days. We will never forget where we were for the 2018 World Series - Congratulations Boston Red Sox! Thank you Nick for all your attention to detail in the rental process and for allowing us to stay at your exceptional home. I was so sad to see that the house was completely booked for the ski season as we were hoping to make it back up for our ski trip. We will definitely be back! Best,

Relax full, fun filled home.

I am blessed to have three beautiful, thoughtful (adult children) kids that took it upon themselves to make sure we all get away once a year. Even though it was just a long weekend it was great. This home had all the features and more than I could have asked for. The open family room, kitchen, dinning room were perfect. We all enjoyed the game room and relaxing hot tub! I've decided we need to downsize from our farm house and build something as relaxing as this home. Maybe the owners would like to share this homes plans . A Grand and Impressive Home!

This was our third winter stay at this home for our group of 4 couples. We have always opted for slope-side homes for our annual ski trips but find the 10 minute drive to Okemo base lodge a small price to pay for the luxury and comfort of this beautiful home. A full game room, huge fireplace, hot tub, sauna and quiet private setting. We can't imagine staying anywhere else for Okemo skiing.

Best place I have ever rented!

Our fifth year and everything was perfect! Including the eight inches of snow the day we arrived! Snowshoeing and cross country skiing right there! Hot tub afterward—perfect! Great place and great hosts —thanks Nick and Camille!

Unbelievable House and Service

This house is unbelievable. It has the perfect location right down the road from Okemo mountain and is beautiful. Cannot think of a single thing I did not enjoy about my time there. VRBO made it very difficult to find on its website and initially get ahold of the owners as they did not receive notice of my inquiry. Once I made contact though, they were always available and very helpful. I will definitely be renting here again but will be contacting the owners directly.

Thanksgiving retreat

My entire family rented this house for 5 days last Thanksgiving and we loved it so much we rented it again this year!! We had a beautiful and relaxing time despite the fact that we are not skiers. The house it spacious and up to date with all the amenities. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi on the back porch during a snowstorm. The kids loved the pool table and game room. The master living/ kitchen area and large fireplace were the best part of the house in my opinion. Bring crafts and games and movies to keep occupied if you don't ski because there's not much to do but enjoy nature and relax. The owners are super sweet and accommodating.

Best place ever

This is our 2nd year back @ the house & the 9th yr of our group ski trip. This is the best house we have ever stayed @. Nick is the best owner to ever deal with. I highly recommend this house. This house is beautiful. There is so much to do after a day of skiing, and is located to go to a few different ski resorts. U will not b disappointed with this house or owner.

Beautiful home full of amenities & close to Okemo

Perfect ski getaway with friends. Working with Nick and Camille was fantastic. They were so accommodating prior to and during our stay. Their home is just beautiful, warm and comfortable and they had every amenity covered. Very short drive to Okemo was perfect. Large property was great for the kids to do some exploring and the game room kept them constantly entertained. Almost forgot they were there at times :)

Beautiful Vacation Home

This house is gorgeous! Beautiful finishings throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed all of its amenities. The whole family loved the hot tub and my husband especially enjoyed the sauna. The game room was wonderful. The fireplace is great. The master bedroom is spacious and I loved the walk-in closet and the master bath. Not only is the house incredible, but so are the owners! Family Bonding Weekend

My Family and I have been vacationing on Columbus Day weekend in this part of Vermont for the last 25 years. This year we had to find a new property, using VRBO before, I started searching the site. To make a long story short, I kept coming back to this house. We are so glad we did! I would recommend this house to all looking for a home full of Luxury, comfort and warmth, all rolled into one. From the furniture, upscaled kitchen, bedding, linens, hot tub, sauna, game room and the magnificent Fireplace. We couldn't ask for anything more. Nick, the owner and I shared many e-mails, he answered any and all questions. Nick even called me as I was traveling back to Connecticut the day of our arrival to check in with me and to let me know the house was ready for my family. He, and his wife Camille left great information on the house, and Things To Do for those who don't know the area. With everyone's busy life it was a great place to come together, forget about life and get caught up with the family. Again, I would highly recommend this property, in fact I have already booked it for next year!

Our family has been vacationing in Vermont for many years, and has loved the classic New England feel that it offers. Whether in the Winter or the Summer, we have found activities to suit everyone's needs. We have just recently finished our ski home and have loved every minute spent there. We hope that others can share in these good times and will care for our home as though it were their own.

Mt. Holly was the perfect place for us to build because of its access to multiple mountains. Okemo is just 5 minutes down the road, and Killington and Pico are 25 minutes away. Also Stratton and Bromely are about 40 minutes south. In the Summer months, the house is central to the area's hiking, kayaking and biking activities. There are lakes abound, and lots of swimming hole to be explored!
