Guests have access to the entire house & all of the resort amenities free! Parking is free and home comes with 3 parking spaces. The community also has street parking on first come first serve basis.

Storey Lake is a Resort Community that includes a Resort style pool, jacuzzi, lazy river, water slides and cabanas. The Clubhouse has a state of the Art Fitness Center and a Tiki Bar that offers poolside food and beverage service. Other amenities include a splash pad, sports court, mini golf(additional fee), Kayak Rentals(additional fee), and a full size sand volleyball court!
We recommend having a car for transportation. Parking is available in front of the house.

-Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 per night and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. If your stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, it may not reached the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.
Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
Please note that Storey Lake registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. The grill at the home is for owners personal use only.
Please do not exceed guest max occupancy of 14 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.
Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

Video Surveillance: The Property has exterior security cameras as part of a secured resort community and a ring video doorbell placed in the front of the doorbell of home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
