Recently renovated in 2022 and 2023 with new flooring, lighting, doors, countertops, cabinets, furniture, appliances, High-speed Internet and more. Two very large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a fireplace as well as its own private access to a second front facing sea view patio.
On the first floor there is a recreation room that leads to an enclosed hot tub (open from 6AM-9PM and not guaranteed to be available if being serviced or cleaned) and an outdoor patio area with table and chairs.
Carlsbad is home to seven miles of stunning beaches, excellent restaurants (including Vigilucci's Seafood & Steakhouse which is located across the street from the unit). Carlsbad Village is less than a mile away from the unit. The Village is a charming beach town area that has dining, shopping, bars, a farmers market and more.
Carlsbad also has the most outdoor trails in all of San Diego for hiking, mountain biking, and strolling around the lagoons (including the Aqua Hedionda Lagoon which is a two to three block walk from the unit).
There are several nearby golf courses. Shopping options range from unique and local to premium outlets. Some of the best breweries in San Diego are located in Carlsbad. There are local spas, and for the kids, Legoland and the flower fields are only a few miles away. Short drive to Del Mar Racetrack/Fairgrounds (13 miles from the condo).
The property is secure with two gated entrances and elevator, the unit has its own private entrance. The property has a remote controlled gated underground garage parking with 2 assigned parking spaces.
There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. The Ring doorbell is for the safety of our guests and to protect our home. This device records audio and video whenever motion is detected. We only monitor the device if there is an issue.
There is a complimentary two-hour cleaning at the half way mark of every stay.
