THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
--Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.

-Top bunk is meant for children only
-Condo has a shared wall on the South side only
-Bedroom near the kitchen does not have an AC vent. It does have a ceiling fan and is nearby family room/kitchen that DO have AC vents.
-This condo is on the second, third, and rooftop levels of the building; there is no elevator

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING
Two car spots in shared garage. (PLEASE NOTE: 5'11 clearance for the underground garage, taller vehicles will not fit). Limited additional public street parking or public parking lots a 2-3 block walk near El Carmel or Santa Clara St. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
