Summary:
Carolina Sunrise is newly renovated and better than ever for your next getaway. This condo features fresh painting throughout the unit, new flooring, brand new furniture as well as new kitchen and bathroom updates. This 2 bedroom/2 bath is the perfect location for quality family time at the beach. It offers a community swimming pool as well as easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. The deck is absolutely perfect for watching the sunrise/sunsets.
The Space:
This is a 3rd floor unit. there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather
Carolina sunrise is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and the Tiki Bar, and a short drive (or bike ride!) to all the activities Pleasure Island has to offer.
Guest Access:
Assigned parking, please display parking pass inside condo. There is room for 2 cars in tandem that is shared with another unit. There are also 6 spots by the pool in the back that are first come first serve. We highly recommend seeing if one of those is available when you get there as it is much easier to get in and out of. We are grateful our HOA gives us 2 spots free but unfortunately can do nothing about the parking in tandem. Thank you for understanding.
Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
