Such a disappointing beginning!
On April 5 th. My friends and I arrived at Grand beach resort , Alabama. We were greeted at 3:00 with not having the entry code open the door. We all tried and still no results. So I called Poole and Associates. Talked with them for 10 min. They sent someone over to change the batteries. He changed them and still no results. He couldn’t get the code to work. While we were waiting we had all our food sitting there for at least a half hour. The maintenance man gave us his personal code to use and it worked for one day. Sunday day we used it a couple times. Sunday nite 11:00 pm in the torrential rain we tried to get in and NOPE the code didn’t work. So I called the emergency number got voice mail then I called the maintenance man. He answered right away. He said he would be right over. Then I called the emergency number again. That guy answered said he would be over to let us in. The maintenance guy showed up and gave us his personal key. Monday the head of maintenance showed up to get the key to make copies. BUT we had to change our plans to meet up with him and when he came back with the extra keys. I called virbo , talked to Jason he would call me back on Tues morning about 9:30. Guess what!! NO PHONE CALL!!! Also on Sat , our arrival date. I called Poole and asked fora blanket 2 sheets, cause some beds didn’t have a top sheet. Sunday the sheets and pillow cases showed up but no blanket. Such an unconvinced!!!!
