Beach Oasis features a floor plan that is perfect for family retreats, romantic trips with your spouse, girls’ getaways, or guys golfing trips. Make use of Florida's endless summer!

Walk to two of Palm Beach Islands top beaches! Beach Oasis is located in between two pedestrian bridges. The view from the front porch to the right is a glimpse of the inter-coastal and straight forward is a famous palm tree lined avenue of the historic South Palm Peach neighborhood.

Walk 1.5 miles north with inter-coastal views through South Palm Park to Bryant Park where there's often music and festivals. Then cross over the Lake Worth bridge to Lake Worth Beach (public beach access). Every Saturday there is a farmer's market right over the bridge. There are also ocean-front restaurants including Benny's on the Beach!

Walk South from the house to Lantana (.7) miles to a cute village with water-front restaurants such as Key Lime house.

Right over the Lantana bridge you'll enter Hyperpluxo Island, or visit South Palm Beach where you'll find public beach access, restaurants, and Publix grocery store.

DRUGS
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at Beach Oasis.

PARKING
We have a driveway that can fit one car and two cars can be parked in front of the house. Free parking on the street.

We permit a maximum of three cars. One in the driveway and two in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors houses and let us know if you plan to have more than the accepted cars so we can help accordingly. If we receive any complaints about excess cars or cars being parked in front of neighbors homes guests will be fined $500 for each occurrence.

PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, Beach Oasis does not allow parties, receptions, or events. Please reach out to the owner for an exception.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM. Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 am. No excuses.

If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside or being loud after 10pm, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the city noise ordinance. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.

By booking Beach Oasis, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.

POOL
No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool or soaking tub.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Beach Oasis, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries

The heated pool is set at 85 degrees from Nov to April. All other months, the heater will be off. There will be additional $50 fee per day if you would like temperature to be higher (up to 95 degrees) from Nov - April.
Note that it can take up to 24-48 hours to reach your desired temperature. The length of time to reach temperature is highly dependent upon the weather.

PETS
We permit pets on a case by case basis. You must pay a $200 pet fee and disclose how many pets you intend to bring as well as their sizes. We permit a maximum of two pets under 50 lbs.

SECURITY
To help secure Beach Oasis, and for your security, the front-yard and back-yard areas contain outward-facing Ring camera and lighting systems. We want our Guests and Beach Oasis to be as safe as possible.

SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside Beach Oasis at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $500 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.

TRASH/RECYCLING
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash appropriately. We will send messages the days you are responsible for taking the trash and recycling to the curb. After the city picks up the trash and/or recycling it is your responsibility to take the cans back towards the house. If you arrive and there’s cans at the curb, it is your responsibility to bring them back off the curb and to the house in their designated spots.

Trash days are Monday and Thursday and recycling day is Tuesday

Trash and recycling should be disposed of in an orderly manner with the bins closed and not overflowing. If this is not possible, please let us know. If trash and recycling procedures are not followed, guests will be fined $500.

TEMPERATURE
The thermostat is in the hallway outside the master bedroom. The air conditioner (AC) is new and makes it a bit colder than the temperature listed. Please keep the temperature between 69-75 degrees.

Please close the windows and doors if you are running the AC.

TV
There is NO CABLE TV service at Beach Oasis. Smart TVs (Rokus) are provided in all rooms and in the backyard.
Use the remote to enjoy your favorite app for TV-type content. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, etc. Remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.

Beach Oasis is located near Lantana in the greater community of the City of Lake Worth with a population of 37,000 residents.

Only 5 minutes east by car is downtown Lake Worth. Its two streets of local merchants, restaurants and bars feel like old-school Main Street USA updated from the 1960s with its' own unique Florida flare. A few more minutes east and there is Lake Worth Pier, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, and Palm Beach Island. Benny’s on the Beach is well known for its great sunrise breakfast.

5 Minutes to the South end of Palm Beach, 13 mins Mar-a-Lago Resort, and 20 mins from The Breakers Resort.

18 minutes to West Palm Beach.
West Palm Beach is a buzzing nightlife hub with swanky cocktail lounges, refined wine bars, and low-key pubs with live music. There’s also an eclectic dining scene, including classic Southern restaurants, sleek tapas spots, and gourmet burger joints. Upscale fashion shops fill Rosemary Square, an upscale open-air mall, while on the waterfront, Meyer Amphitheater hosts concerts and Flagler Park has a farmers’ market.

A five minutes’ drive to the west takes you to a full-service Publix grocery store, banks, shopping, haircut services, and quick-serve/fast-food restaurants. You can also go to the Publix on Palm Beach Island across the coastal from Lantana.

There is a Costco and Publix 5 mins away, and Walmart Super-center 8 mins out. There are grocery delivery options.

GETTING AROUND
AIRPORT ACCESS
Beach Oasis is easily accessible by flying into West Palm Beach (PBI) airport, about a 12 minutes’ drive, and the larger Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) airport is an easy 40 minutes’ freeway drive. Miami International (MIA) is a little over an hour away.

HOUSE LOCATION
Beach Oasis is located about 1.8 miles off of I-95 between both the 6th Avenue and Lantana exit. This quick freeway access makes it easy to travel north or south and get to your favorite sites, beaches, and destinations.

TRANSPORATION
Lyft and Uber services are readily available from your smartphone app. Taxi services is also available in the area.


BUGS & CRITTERS
Be mindful that Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid. It’s the reason you’re visiting right?!

As such, there is a variety of insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that can call Beach Oasis home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, or chameleon in or near the residence. This is normal for Florida.

Insects should be removed. A frog or chameleon left alone will depart on its own. Take a selfie with the critter!
