Comfortable, clean, & responsive host!

I had a great stay here at this property with my closest friends! The host was extremely accommodating when I had questions or concerns! The home was immaculately cleaned and roomy for our group. 5 stars, would definitely stay here again!

Great house & accurate to description

Stayed here for a girls night in sleepover with some friends. The house was super clean and the check in process was easy. Street parking was a little difficult to find if you need it but there are 2 spots on the property that are pretty easy to park in. The beds were super comfortable and everyone that stayed said they got a really good nights sleep!

Great time close to SoFi!

Had a wonderful time with my college friends. Almost 50 and we’ve seen each other for Chargers or Niners game for past 20 years. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would look for in any rental. Parking was confusing. Could be explained where you can and cannot park overnight on the street. Babur overall a great house and has a great liquor store right down the street which is the coolest one I have ever been it. Will be back if I ever get to see another charger game at sofi

A sub-committee of our non-profit board met for 36 hours. The convenience to LAX was the primary location consideration. The place was clean, adequate in size, and appropriately furnished. We had a good experience and would certainly recommend this to others.

the online pictures is not accurate.

I will give this house for 2-3 star rating, first the carpet is very dirty, the mattress is too soft, 3 bathrooms, one is missing a shower door when we stay, and other one not drain well, neighborhood is questionable. and patio is a parking space.

property is as-advertised in the ad

super conveniently located to sofi/kia forum. it was a larger space than we anticipated. a really great space to kick it. everything was clean and well-appointed. the beds (at least for us) were really comfortable. the air conditioners in almost every room were ice cold. showers had good water pressure and heated to temperature quickly. Netflix was included in the living room tv, so that was a nice perk. the outdoor patio with seating and fire pit is a nice touch. this is a duplex, so there are residents who live in the front part, but we had 0 interaction with them, which was fantastic. there are spots for 2 vehicles, but leave your ford 350's at home. the spots aren't crazy tight, but it does take some manuvering to get out. also there is the most random whoop de whoop curb cut at the driveway entrance that will wreck your car if you're not paying attention while exiting. host was very responsive to my questions. 2 downsides: there is no oven (although there is a toaster oven and a bbq, and a microwave and a full stovetop range) there is no dishwasher. i would stay here again in a heartbeat.
