Close to several savory restaurants, the grocery store and even Walmart, you're sure to feel the convenience. 5-minutes from historic downtown Pagosa Springs where we boast the world's deepest geothermal mother spring which feeds our soaking pools. Relaxation is but a short drive away. Located 40 minutes away from Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and backyard. Guests can enter the home using a lockbox to access the key.
This home offers an open floor plan with a spacious open living room, dining room, and kitchen all on the main floor. There's a sliding glass door right next to the living room that provides access to the deck that looks over the large fenced in yard . There is a half bath and laundry on the main floor for your convenience. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor with a queen bed, and two bedrooms upstairs; both furnished with queen beds with a shared bathroom.
Getting around is a breeze in Pagosa. Where you are located will be a short 5-minute drive to historic downtown Pagosa Springs and a 45-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Should you choose to venture farther than Pagosa you'll find Durango and its Silverton Railroad an hour away and Farmington, NM two hours from Pagosa. In between all that guests are sure to stumble across Chimney Rock National Park, Navajo Lake and more. If you head over the pass it will bring you into the quaint town of South Fork where if you make a left and drive about 2 hours your find yourself in the historic mining town of Creede.
With much to see and places to be you're sure to have a full plate when it comes to thing to do here.

Colorado likes to keep us on our toes, expect inclement weather and be happily surprised when that is not the case. We live at altitude which means you need to drink lots of water, altitude sickness is no joke and definitely no fun!
We like to boast the most snow in Colorado. Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Expect driving in snow, walking in snow, and playing in snow. Ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.)
Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.
