The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed too. There are 2 sofa beds that can be converted into queen-sized beds for extra sleeping space.

If you prefer to stay at home and relax, this property offers a newly renovated outdoor non-heated pool with 1800 sq ft of Italian marble decking with loungers, conversation settees, & jumbo umbrellas.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, ice maker, reverse osmosis water system and 2 adjacent home parking spaces available that could fit up to 4 cars are all provided during your stay!

*There are no security cameras inside and outside the house.

*PLEASE NOTE: We have no fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 25 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

*The marble pool decking and front patio will get a power wash on Fridays at 3 pm weekly while the black olive tree is shedding to avoid staining the marble. (Summer season only.)
