Crystal Sands 306B is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with accommodations for 10 lucky guests! This unit is your classic Florida style condo. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area with fantastic gulf views from the sliding glass doors. A flat screen TV is provided in the living room for viewing pleasure. Swim in the large heated swimming pool (seasonal). Enjoy the sand and sun while taking a morning stroll or surfing the waves. Crystal Beach is a beautiful community located in the heart of Destin. You are just a few steps from the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests are a short stroll from several wonderful restaurants and shops that Crystal Beach offers. Head due north one mile to visit the Destin commons for all the shopping and dining you could ever need! The Destin Commons has a bass pro shop if dad forgot his fishing gear and the state of the art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you’ll find go kart tracks, bowling alleys and the big kahuna water park. (About 5 minute from this home) roughly ten minute down the road is the Destin harbor-home to the largest private charter fishing fleet in the southeast! Enjoy deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin cruises and even pirate cruises for the kids!

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with Queen Bed, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Note - Through Spring, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
