A Valley Gem

Liat was amazing as well as the townhouse. It was the perfect getaway for touring CSUN and walking our fur baby in a lovely quiet neighborhood with other fur babies. My family of 5 felt like we all had our own space and not crowded.

We booked for our trip to Universal along with a hike next day at Griffith Park. This location is perfect for both. Very easy access to freeways and close to both Universal and Griffith Park. Classy with Great Layout

Bedroom, bath and laundry on the main level creates privacy from the two beds and two baths on the upper floors. Very quiet neighborhood. The place is exactly as pictured. Parking is on street, but we always had a spot right out front, so not a problem. Would stay again.

Excellent location

Excellent house. Very quiet and clean, just what we needed after running around LA for the day. Liat was a great host and checked with us at different stages of our stay to make sure we didn’t have any issues at the property. Shopping was close by for food and the mall. The Farm Table restaurant just down the road was good for breakfast and lunch when we didn’t eat in. We will be staying here again when we come back to LA.

Beautiful house

We are coming to LA every 4 month for a weekend. This is the first time we said that we are going to book this house again. It’s a new construction and everything is so nice! 3 rooms, each room has his own restroom (very important for us) We had everything we need in the kitchen, lot of parking outside. We just loved the place, will definitely be back.
