Enjoy your stay directly on the Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown SanAntonio. This apartment offers views of the historic San Antonio Courthouse & the San Fernando Cathedral and catch a glimpse of the fabulous light show that is projected on this beautiful church Tues, Fri, Sat & Sunday evenings.
This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment is generously stocked with a coffee, tea, & hot cocoa bar to hit the spot for morning, noon or night enjoyment. There is a K-cup coffee maker & Hot water kettle for your convenience.

We loved our stay! Adorable and convenient to the River Walk. We were able to easily walk everywhere. The light show on the Cathedral across the street was a must see! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Apartment in a nice historical building with a great location in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Lots of character in this building, high ceilings, tall windows overlooking the plaza. The only negative is the parking. There is no parking on the property but there are many public parking lots within a 5 minute or so walk. We didn’t really need the car as the location is right on the riverwalk and there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

First time in San Antonio

Apartment was very charming and in a great location. Furniture and bed were very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no storage for clothes other than a few hangers in the closet. Unit was clean and looked exactly as the photos show.

A for location and comfort!

Cozy, clean and comfortable accommodations, would definitely choose to stay here again. Wonderful central location, yards to the riverwalk, San Fernando Cathedral and Main Plaza, and courthouse. There is the type of city noise that accompanies this, of course, but between the sound machine we brought with us and the exceptionally comfortable bed, it was not an issue for us personally. Good communication with host. The almost nightly light show - visible from the unit - was such a wonderful bonus that just added to the experience in a way other lodging would not have. Recommend!

So cute!

This place is exactly as advertised. It’s so cute! It has all of the amenities you could need during your stay. The host gives very clear instructions for both check in and check out so there is not confusion. The host also responds quickly to messages. It’s steps from the river walk and the main plaza. It has a wonderful view of San Antonio the Saga that’s projected on to the San Fernando Cathedral in the evenings through the HUGE windows. The building is quiet and secure. Would for sure stay here again!

We checked in early and actuallyFound parking on the street for free, lol. The apartment is super cute and my wife absolutely loved it. Everything was great except for the shower head… there was no water pressure whatsoever. Other than that, it was awesome!!!

Cozy, extremely comfortable condo that’s Right on The Riverwalk. There’s a gorgeous view of the church and city buildings. We parked in a nearby garage and never moved it. Host has great hospitality.

Loading zone was occupied by same cars

The apartment was very nice but we were unable to use the loading zone for either unloading or loading up the day we left! The same cars were there and seemed to never leave despite the sign saying there was only a short time allowed. Also, at least twice, we smelled a very strong smell of marijuana. I do not care if people do this but I don’t want to smell it! We had to open the windows to air out the apartment.
