This home was curated for special guests by providing the best comfort & amenities, including brand new everything from furniture to TVs to mattresses to the spoons. Be close to so much: Science Center, I-485, restaurants, shops and Downtown. Enjoy time together over ping pong, foosball or the fire pit. Two separate living rooms (1 with a SECRET PLAYROOM) provide lots of space to spread out. Huge primary bedroom with bathroom and double workstation. Can you find the secret room?

This house is designed for providing guests with a 5 star stay. It is located less than 2 miles to science center and 10 minutes to downtown. This house sleeps 10 guests in ultimate comfort and offers ping pong, foosball, horseshoes and other fun games.

About the house:
You will enter into the first of two living areas. The front room offers a sofa, two sitting chairs, and a 55 inch 4K smart TV. There is also a kid-size pool table. And behind one of the built-in shelves is a SECRET PLAY ROOM!

Go down the hallway and you will find the full bath featuring an updated vanity and a bath and shower combo. Three bedrooms also are along the hallway. All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

The first bedroom features a full bed, floating nightstands and 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, sitting chair, dresser and 44 inch 4k smart TV.

The third bedroom features a spacious room with an attached half bath. This room has two bunk beds, chest of drawers, and a 44 inch 4K smart TV.

The main primary room features the largest bedroom with an attached cavernous full bath and walk in closet. This room also has a unique two person office desk to work in comfort and privacy.

The main bath is enormous and features dual vanity sinks and a shower and tub combo. There is tons of room to get ready in the mornings.

The kitchen is fully stocked and features everything you need to stay in, cook and host. There is tons of countertop space for food prep. Additional kitchen amenities include: blender, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker and everything needed to cook and dine with.

Off the kitchen is the formal dining room providing enough seats for everyone to gather for dinner.

The second living room is huge and offer a back-lit foosball table and a sectional to have everyone enjoy the 65” inch 4K smart TV.

The backyard is completely fenced in and offers a very spacious patio area. A gas grill is provided to cook on and chairs to surround the fire pit.

The garage features a ping pong table to challenge your friends and family.
If staying for a weekend or for multiple months, this is the place to enjoy your time away from home.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. There is a $450 fine for not obeying pet rules. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke on the back deck but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the cleaners closet.

Driveway leading to house can hold two cars. Extra parking available on street in-front of house. Also garage is available if needed.

A. No parties ($1000)
B. No smoking INSIDE. Contain or pick up your cigarette butts outside ($500)
C. No unapproved pets ($450)
D. No breaking into the owner closets. A police report will be made for theft of any items.
E. No unapproved overnight visitors
F. No loud activity outside between 10pm to 8am
G. No rearrangement of furniture
H. For your own safety, follow Pool Rules if using the pool
I. Clean the grill and fire pit if you use them
J. Follow checkout instructions. After 11:30am, for every hour that you delay the cleaners, the late fee is $50 per hour.
K. We will charge for any damages, stolen items, missing items and extra services (cleaning, laundering, repairs, plumbing, etc).

LOST’n’FOUND
When checking out, you are responsible for your belongings. Please contact us if you want any items searched for and shipped to you. The handling fee is $10, in addition to the shipping cost itself. The cleaner will send you the receipt and accept payment directly.
