- The one-bedroom apartment has a distribution of 139 m2, is located on the 25th floor of Concorde Tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers, and has capacity for 4 people.
- The interior is exceptionally unique, thanks to its sophisticated decor and high-quality furniture.
- The living room is gorgeous, spacious and boasts beautiful interior and décor. It includes one L-shaped sofa, coffee tables, a beige rug, an HD Smart TV, as well as paintings and decor accents. The TV unit nestled in front of the couch is unique, as it has plenty of storage spaces and beautiful corner shelves.
- Next to the living room is a unique dining area, with a rectangular wooden table with four chairs and a bench for two. A guitar and a beautiful wall arts are also available in this area.
- The kitchen is open to the living / dining room, and boasts black cabinets and wooden countertops. It includes cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, trash cans, and equipment like refrigerator, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, Espresso machine, and gas stove.
- The living room is naturally well-lit, thanks to extensive glass doors giving access to a beautiful balcony with green-grass flooring, table and chairs, overlooking the lake.
- A study room can be accessed from large glass doors next to the living room, and it includes a desk and a chair, paintings, rug, as well as a pull out queen size bed.
- The bedroom at the apartment includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, two chairs and a table, unique wall decor, built-in wardrobe, a makeup vanity table with a stool and a mirror, and has access to the balcony. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
