Welcome to Courtyard Castle, a stunning vacation home with six bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, and two additional half baths. There are two living areas with TV’s; one on the second floor and the other on the third floor along with the gourmet kitchen and formal dining table. On each floor, you’ll find a balcony space with seating that overlooks the pool.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful place with a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Four of the six bedrooms are appointed with King beds, and each have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom has two bunk beds, the perfect place for a slumber party and has ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great house! Great location!

We had 12 ladies. This house was spacious, well decorated, clean and at a great location, across the parking lot to Daquiri Deck and the Village of Siesta Key, and only a block to the beach. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was perfect. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with both a keurig and a drip coffee maker. We appreciated the elevator but struggled with the operation of it. The only annoying thing was the alarm that went off every time you opened the door and forgot to press the button or left the door open too long. The management company was very responsive and immediately took care of anything that needed attention. There were plenty of beach chairs and two wagons for beach outings. Also plenty of beach towels. It would've been nice to have a half bath at the pool. I really don't have anything negative to say. We would all stay here again and had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed this property so much - the location is literally in middle of everything. 1 minute walk to beach or dinner. We filled house with teens and parents, yet it never felt crowded. Pool and hot ton are lovely as is roof. Two laundry rooms, ice maker and multiple refrigerators. So much fun was had, highly recommend.

Disappointing

The property was advertised with heated pool and hot tub which were two of the biggest criteria for our group. The pool was too cold to use at all and the hot tub was luke warm. The heating system has a 3-hr cycle so we literally had to set our alarms at night yo keep it going do we had a chance to use the hot tub at all. If these amenities are not important to you, you will enjoy the home, but it was a huge disappointment for our group and ended up being a big nuisance.

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect location! The pool was nice for the afternoon after the beach. The house/kitchen was well appointed. You do need to supply your own condiments and spices even salt and pepper. The only issue we had was we couldn’t figure out how to heat the spa/hot tub. The pool person said it was on a timer and it wasn’t. So we never had a warm hot tub. Other than that no complaints.

Perfect location, beautiful property

This stunning property was a short 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and more - and even a cart to conveniently wheel everything to the beach. My only complaints: 1) the door alarm was extremely loud and cumbersome to deal with; 2) the pool was small and turned green on our last day, making it unusable (when asked if they could clean it, communication was curt and vague); 3) there was absolutely no flexibility in letting us check in early or late - nowhere to stow our bags before 4 pm check-in (which is essentially the end of a day) and check out promptly at 10 am (maid had management calling us within 2 minutes). While it was a good stay overall and absolutely beautiful property in a convenient location, for the amount we paid to stay here, I would have expected the experience to be even better.

Prime Location + Property in the heart of Siesta Key!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was truly stunning in so many ways. My friends and I had the best time on our yearly trip. 10/10 would recommend this home to a group or family looking for a vacation in the Siesta Key area. The location was amazing, truly steps from the beach and town, great proximity to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home had so many tasteful features - one notable item was the large/bulk ice maker - that was so convenient when packing coolers for the beach or a boat day. My only feedback is that the pool/backyard area backs up right to the street and does not feel very private and there is a very loud alarm on the main home entrance that goes off every time you enter or exit the property - you can hit a button to silence the alarm but it is just something to be aware of for families or large groups that may be coming and going often. All in all, it was an amazing stay and I hope to return in the future!

We were wowed by this home!

What a house! My family absolutely loved staying here, it has EVERYTHING we wanted for our beach vacation to Siesta Key. It is all brand-new, I think we must have been one of the first guests in this incredibly clean and new rental home. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and we spent most of our time there in the sunshine, splashing in the pool or watching tv. My wife and I cooked on the BBQ a few times and we had a blast. The interior was equally impressive, felt very warm and welcoming and you can tell it was professionally decorated and well planned out. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each has its own bathroom. This is a huge plus with our teenagers! We could also see the beach and watch the sunset from the rooftop deck. We also loved the location and how close it was to the beach and Siesta Village. The management company was easy to reach and pleasant when we had a quick question about the property. Hands down the best place we have ever rented!!
