Sister reconnection

For many years my sisters and I have been traveling to Lancaster. This vacation home is everything anyone could want. It s comfortable and beautiful. Host is responsive and thought of everything… towels by hot tub, pods for coffee, snacks to welcome us and wonderful selection of books. Great House for a Group!!!

We stayed for a week in this absolutely lovely house to quilt with friends. It was the perfect space for us, as it had room for all of us to work on our individual crafts and then come together for meals and socializing. A perfect home, very clean, and a responsive management team! Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back next year!

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VBRO, and it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as described, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The host was incredibly attentive, providing us with thoughtful touches like a detailed welcome guide, local recommendations, and even a small welcome basket!The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and private. We enjoyed spending time on the spacious patio with a hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and feel right at home.I can't recommend this place enough! I would stay in this lovely home a thousand times! Cleanest rental ever. Everyone was exactly as described, and more beautiful than the pictures can capture. There were little thoughtful items throughout the home, children’s books, toddler toys, Kcups, tooth brushes, tooth paste, hand soap, spices, a Bible, every kitchen item, games, cards, pack n play, extra table and chairs, and I could go on and on. Worth every penny

Excellent family gathering place

This house was perfect for our large family gathering! The five individual bedrooms in the house plus the 2 connected sleeping spaces attached behind the garage and just a few steps outside the back door helped everyone get a comfortable sleep space. The downstairs family room with kitchen as well as the game garage was perfect for sending energetic kids/teens so that the main living room could be used as a quieter space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking dishes and utensils and spacious for preparing big meals. We read another review that mentioned there might not be enough plates/bowls so we took a supply of paper products to supplement. The hot tub was a treat for young and old alike. The house is on a busy road with no side walk but there are wide berms so though the family didn't walk into town folks that wanted to get out for a walk or run could easily get to less busy areas. We will definitely keep this house in mind for a return visit.

INCREDIBLE Stay in Lancaster County

Our family comes out tor Lancaster a few times a year and we have stayed at a few different places...and this one was AMAZING! Incredible location, very close to all the good stuff. The house itself is just simply perfect. Super clean. Very comfortable. HUGE. All the amenities. Super responsive host. It's our new go-to VRBO.

Fabulous House

This house is so wonderful! We had a group of 15 and had more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. Everyone reported that all of the bedrooms were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Just wish we would have had time for the fire pit and hot tub!

Annual Navy crew reunion

The home was clean and the kitchen (main kitchen) was gorgeous and huge. There were 6 couples and plenty of room to entertain, cook and eat, sit outside at the fire pit and be in the hot tub. The home was beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend this place as there’s plenty of room with 2 kitchens and many places to be. Only thing I’d have to say on the downside was there were only 10 dinner plates, yet it says it sleeps 18. We made due of course.

Exceptional Stay

This house is gorgeous, immaculate, and spacious. My family of 17 stayed at this house all under 1 roof. The house is perfect as there is so much room that no one stepped on each other's toes. It is a very unique house with a game room, huge family room, beautiful bedrooms and 2 kitchens and my family enjoyed the hot tub. I am very particular and normally clean everything before staying somewhere but this house is immaculate in every sense of the word. We were all able to eat together and all of my kids from around the world were able to stay together and enjoy time...I would stay at this home 10x's over. The home owner was communicative and accommodating . We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this house.

Lovely house, but document everything upon arrival

This renovated house is beautiful, bright and roomy. The house has a lot of open space, but lacks table seating to accommodate full guest capacity. It lists 7 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. And while this is true, it should be noted that 2 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath are on the backside of the garage and separate from the main house. Because there is not a key code on the back door, guests must traverse around the entire garage to gain access if the house is secured properly. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners provided K-cups, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The cleaning fee that was charged did not justify the level of cleanliness. But it may be because the cleaners were hurrying to finish when we arrived at 3:15. While the house was visibly clean, the floors still had crumbs and we were unable to use the hot tub because there was dirt and debris at the bottom, a heavy scum around the entire tub, and an empty chlorine dispenser. Also, the prior renters left dog poop in the yard by the patio, and left the grill on resulting in an empty propane tank (which the owner did replace). After checking out, we were notified by the insurance company of a claim for replacement of several items we didn't damage! (We believe it was done by the previous renters.) So, if you rent, I suggest you document EVERYTHING including contents found in drawers, closets, etc. as there is no list of inventory or condition upon check-in.
