* BOARDWALK along the lake, RIGHT downstairs

LAYOUT
* Lakebed Dreams condo is on the 2nd floor (top-level), so there will be 1 set of stairs to climb to access the front door
* There is a queen bed in bedroom on the main level + full bathroom
* Also on the main level, there is a open concept kitchen + living area
* King-size bed in the loft upstairs, accessed by a staircase in the living area
* Roomy closets in both bedrooms

* Please note video/audio camera enabled doorbell, for your safety
* Early Check-In (2pm) $38, if available
Guest access
* You'll have access to the whole condo, except for one locked supply closet
* Gate code for community and door code for condo provided before check-in
* Check-in process is simple, contactless, and hassle-free
Other things to note
* TV's :
The bedroom and living room TV's are Vizio SMART tv’s where you can watch anything you like. You will need your own log-in information for apps that are on the TV like Netflix and Hulu.

* BEDS:
BOTH beds are NEW, with 12-inch memory foam mattresses! Each bed has several pillows for you to choose from, so make yourself comfortable!

* KITCHEN:
Stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. The condominium complex has outdoor community grilling areas, so we have grilling utensils and seasonings in the kitchen for you!!

*HEATING + COOLING
There is wall AC/Heating unit in the living area
Celling fans in both bedroom + living room
Loft bedroom has a wall cooling unit

*SAFTEY:
Please use your discretion and judgment when swimming in the lake. Swimming is at your own risk
There is video + audio enabled doorbell at the entrance.

**CLEANING CREW**
We have a fantastic cleaning crew that maintains the space in between guests, and an amazing maintenance team. If something is to go wrong on the stay, we will handle it as quickly as we can!! So please let us know right away if anything is astray. This trip is about relaxing and having fun at the lake!!!
